Right from the size and scope of engagement to the content and facilitators depend on the nature of the assignment.
Thus, while our job readiness engagements will focus on a narrow scope and provide participants with the skills and perspectives they need to meet the immediate challenge, our individual creativity and potential workshop will have a much broader scope and also a much more open ended format.
